Fitting training around a Hitchin work day

Knowl Piece sits on Wilbury Way, on the industrial side of Hitchin just off the A505, which means you can be parked and changed within minutes of leaving the office, whether you work in Hitchin, Letchworth, Stevenage or Baldock.

Weekday doors open at 6am. The early crowd is regulars who like a quiet floor and a clear run at the track before their day starts. Mid-morning is our calmest slot and tends to suit shift workers, parents after the school drop-off and retired members.

The 5pm to 7pm window is the busiest and the most sociable. If you like a bit of noise and company, that is your time. If you would rather have space, come before 8am or between 10am and 3pm.

Saturdays run 7am to 5pm and Sunday mornings 8am to 1pm, enough to catch up on a session you missed without giving up the whole weekend.
